This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the DealCon Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall govern with respect to Event participation.

C. Information from Third Parties

• Business Partners: Information from co-hosts, sponsors, or other Event partners

A. Event Partners and Sponsors

BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ATTENDING AN EVENT, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE SHARING OF YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (NAME, COMPANY, TITLE, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER) WITH EVENT SPONSORS, PARTNERS, AND OTHER ATTENDEES.

This sharing enables:

• Attendee networking through digital directories and mobile apps

• Sponsor lead scanning and badge scanning for business follow-up

• Targeted communications from sponsors and partners

• Marketing, promotions, statistics, and analytics

You may opt out of sponsor data sharing by contacting [email protected] at least 48 hours before the Event. Opting out may limit your ability to participate in certain Event features.

We are not responsible for how sponsors, partners, or other attendees use your information. You should review their privacy policies independently.

Participation in certain Event features, including attendee directories and sponsor networking, requires this data sharing. If you do not wish to participate in these features, you may opt out as described above.

B. Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:

• Payment processors and financial institutions

• Event registration platforms and ticketing systems

• Email and SMS marketing platforms

• Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
